• The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
• Aether Pixels reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, including videos, images, or brief descriptions, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

Unless explicitly agreed:

• Source files, blueprints, and raw assets are not provided.
• The client may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the work.

Aether Pixels retains ownership of any tools, libraries, or frameworks developed internally and used during the project, even if included in the final product.

3. Content Usage

We showcase videos and images of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. These are for informational and illustrative use only. The appearance of third-party logos or names does not imply official partnership unless explicitly stated.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

5. Third-Party Links
